Director of the AutonomY¹ fund, Adrien is a former Minister for Childhood and Family Affairs (2019-2022). He is also a former Member of Parliament, author of various legislations to favor people with special needs’ rights and autonomy. He is the co-author of an important report -“Simpler life - 113 proposals to simplify the lives of people with disabilities”-, and currently the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Institut du cerveau de l’Enfant (APHP/Pasteur/Inserm/Paris Centre/CEA).

Adrien holds a master’s degree in Public Services from Science Po Paris, and also has a 15 years experience in marketing and communication.

Operating Partner, Benjamin has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and innovation management, specializing in aging and healthcare sectors. In 2017, he co-founded  Silver Alliance (Oui Care Group) of which  he is CEO, and was the founder and director of Silver Valley, a first European ecosystem for Silver economy (2008-2017). 

Benjamin is a Centrale Supélec Doctor of Science, certified in Finance and Management from Audencia and certified doctorate of gerontology from Sherbrooke University. 

Investment Partner, Cédric joined Auriga Partners in 2024. With 18 years of experience in private equity, he specializes in healthcare and IT. Cédric is the co-founder of ArchiMed (2013-2016), a global healthcare investment fund, and served as a Partner at Extens (2016-2023), a European expert in digital health. He began his private equity career at 3i and UI Investissement.

Prior to earning his MBA from Oxford University, Cédric spent seven years in marketing and strategy as a graduate engineer from ESIEE-Paris.

Managing Partner at Auriga, Mathieu is responsible for all support fonctions. He joined Auriga in 2021 after experiences in Consulting (DNA Finance), Financial Direction and Financing (BPI). 

Mathieu holds a master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL. 

Analyst at Auriga Partners, Hector joined the team in 2025 after previous experiences in Asset Management (Generali Investments) and Consulting (DNA Finance).

He is currently studying for a master’s degree in Finance from IESEG School of Management.
